Once you subscribe we will be sending a follow up email with a link to a downloadable file that will install our studies directly to your trading platform and all you have to do is toggle them on or off. It’s that easy!
- You may cancel your Vici Study Subscription (Monthly, Bi-Annual, or Annual) any time before your next renewal date.
- For example: If your subscription starts/renews on the 15th of each month, you may cancel anytime before 11:59 PM EST on the 14th of the following month.
- You will have access to your Vici Study Subscriptions until your next renewal date.
- We will not honor mid-month cancellations or a partial refund request once you have started any of the Vici Study Subscriptions.
We do not have a return policy for any of our products. This includes the Vici Education Training course, and the Vici Study Subscriptions. All sales are final.
Yes! we do offer a hands-on setup with one of our Skilled Platform Specialists. We can assist you on getting Sierra Charts or NinjaTrader set up on your machine as well as getting all the Vici Custom Studies applied to your trading platform so you are confident in knowing everything is done right the first time. We do charge a hands-on setup fee of $150.
The White glove service is for the serious futures focused trader who wants that personalized touch with the founders. You will get the founders exclusive personal outlook every morning for the assets traded and key levels that they are targeting for potential trade setups. You will enjoy trading live with the founders 4 days a week via zoom from 8 A.M CST to noon. You will discuss the morning outlook and developing trade setups. This service includes FULL access to the Vici Custom Studies AND 1 Group Mentoring session per month PLUS FREE Sierra Charts or NinjaTrader setup and support. For a full time serious trader this truly is the best deal !
The Discord is a community of like minded traders who collaborate and game plan for trades in markets from Crypto and Stocks to Commodities and Futures. There is also an education section, robust news channel, and potential trade alerts that are set by the founders themselves.
